3rd and 4th grade teachers, Maria and Marilena, brought amazing ideas and laughter to our meeting this week. We discussed chapters 1 and 2 of What a Writer Needs and created a collaborative poem. Lots of laughs and a genuine excitement about extending what we learn into the classroom.
